Golden Globes 2017: Best Dressed

Our afternoon church service was cancelled and these two girls were ready with left over molten lava cake and their pj's for the Golden Globes. Sarai was eager to know if she could predict the winner for each category award. And to no one's surprise, she was about 80% right. She is totally into Television & Films.

In my case, I am absolutely impatient for the Red Carpet. I always want to see the women's dresses and see how I could turn them into a modest dress. I am always counting how many modest, if any, where present. It's hard to see modesty in Hollywood. If you know my mom, she is always saying; "A esa le falto tela" (she lacked fabric) o "no tuvo suficiente dinero para el resto del vestido" (she didn't have enough money for the rest of the dress) lol.

I really wish we could see more modest dressing among Hollywood actresses. There are many girls that are looking at the Red Carpet for inspiration. I believe you don't have to dress down in order to look glamorous.

There weren't that many modest dresses, but these two ladies, Natalie Portman and Giuliana Rancic, rocked these gorgeous dresses. They proved us that you do not need to show off your body in order to look great and captivate admiration.

Check out their pictures and those that I wished could be turned modest.

By the way: Pink seemed to be the trend at the Golden Globes.

She was glowing! That color suits her well. See there is no need to show off your belly.

Someone is ready for the Spring and so am I. Rocking this beautiful floral dress. This dress is to die for!

Wishing it was modest
